I took my Mom's car to Extreme Car Audio for a remote starter. It was going to be cheaper than fixing the factory system that's in our older Pacifica. We didn't go for the device onboard to manage from our phones, but the fobs are way better than they used to be in my opinion. 2 way communication that lets you know your car is running and locked. So cool. But let me tell you about the rest of our experience. There was a problem. It could happen to anyone. Somehow a device was damaged during the install but once we all got on the same page, Johnny, Nick, Stacey, and Carlos were all so amazing to help us solve the issue. They helped us get through this problem with such style and grace. Just when you imagine that you'll otherwise be left out in the cold, or that you'll have to fight like crazy for a solution, you find out that this team is ready to jump in, all hands on deck, and make you feel like family. That's a real family operation over there at Extreme. The care they put into solving our issue was second to none. I've never had a shop handle the initial work so professionally, and also follow up with extra care the way this team did. I can't recommend them enough, and this will definitely not be my last trip to see them. I'm not going to bother comparing prices or services with anyone else. Everyone said, "Don't ever do after market remote starters". Well to that I say, you must not be aware of Extreme Car Audio. Because they are the reason you should absolutely go aftermarket for all of your cars for what they sell and install. Bravo team! I'll be back!
